Apparently The View’s Elisabeth Hasselbeck is is “really upset” because she doesn’t feel like her voice is heard much when it comes to politics. Hasselbeck is the only Republican co-host. The other co-hosts on the show are Whoopi Goldberg, Joy Behar, and Barbara Walters (all of which are Democrats). The View gets into various political debates because of the growing economic problems the US is facing, and the upcoming presidential elections. Staff member have told the Chicago Sun-Times that things aren’t as bad as they were when Rosie O’Donnell was on the show, but it’s so bad that Barbara Walters has set up a “cooling off” meeting for all of the of them.

There is a rumor going around that Elisabeth is trying to get her own show on the FOX News Channel which is mostly Republican views.

I don’t watch The View, but if I’m flipping channels I’ll stop for a sec just to see Elisabeth Hasselbeck because she’s beautiful. I guess if she leaves I’ll just keep flipping.
