Let me start off by saying that it’s shows like this that make it imperitive to have either a DVR or a TIVO because of all of the shows on Monday nights. Ok now having said that let me say that if you haven’t watched this show yet, SHAME ON YOU! This is one of the funniest comedies on tv! The show is about a BEAUTIFUL girl named Penny (Kaley Cuoco) who moves in across the hall from 2 super geeks named Leonard (Johnny Galecki) and Sheldon (Jim Parsons) who are physicists. They get to know eachother, and hang out together during different occassions. Adding into the funny mix are Leonard and Sheldon’s friends Howard (Simon Helberg) and Rajnesh (Kunal Nayyar) who are both super geeks too. The show shows how socially awkward all the guys are, and how they try to fit in more–mostly with the help of Penny.

At the end of season 1, it had Leonard and Penny talking about dating! If you’ve seen this show then you’re probably as anxious as me to see the new season. I already pre-ordered my copy of season 1 on dvd already! You should too!

Season 2 will be adding a new full time cast member in Sara Gilbert who played Leslie Winkle a fellow geek who works with Leonard and Sheldon.
