kr Knight Rider Picked up for a FULL season Well it appears that Knight Rider will continue it’s ride. At least for the entire first season.

NBC has ordered nine more episodes of Knight Rider, which will take the show to a full season. Knight Rider also becomes the first pickup by the network this season. The pick-up happens during a time where a decent amount of shows, including Knight Rider only have so-so ratings. It’s a good sign for fans of the show, and you atleast get one full season. That should be something to look forward to.

The first four episodes of the show averages about 7.4 million viewers. Which I personally don’t see as “bad” but the network, and other people may beg to differ. Knight Rider becomes the fourth new series this fall to be picked up for a full season. It joins the ranks of Fringe, The Mentalist, and 90210.

Variety is reporting that NBC has ordered four more scripts of Knight Rider

This is some good news for you Knight Rider fans, it shows that NBC is putting some faith into the show. And why shouldn’t they, right?

nbc logo NBC to launch shows online before they air on TV

Sources are reporting that NBC plans to release five episodes of it’s television shows online one week before they are aired on television, in an attempt to generate buzz for their shows. Good idea? Maybe.

hulu will have the episodes of Knight Rider, and returning NBC shows: 30 Rock, Lipstick Jungle, Chuck, and Life; one week before their original TV air date is scheduled.

I think this proves NBC has confidence in their shows, if they didn’t;would they air the shows online a week before they go on TV? I didn’t think so either.
